The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful, even offering to drive us to nearby attractions. The hotel was spotless and comfortable, with easy access to key locations. The secure parking was a great advantage, allowing us to relax and enjoy our stay.
While the breakfast was good, it could have included more variety, particularly some cheeses and cold cuts. the noise level due to the hotel's location near a busy roundabout and main street was a bit of a nuisance, making sleep difficult at times.

We spent our Christmas Holidays in a wonderful hotel located in a lively and bustling area. the staff were extremely friendly and always willing to help, making our stay very comfortable. We were thrilled with the underground parking at no extra cost, and the quality of the food served at the hotel restaurant was superb. we loved how the hotel was located only 2km from the thermal baths, which were a definite must-visit.
We would have preferred having air conditioning in our room, as it got quite warm at night, and the loud noise from the nearby motorway didn't allow us to sleep comfortably. the shower was also a bit too small, which made showering a bit of an uncomfortable experience.

We loved our stay at this hotel. The staff was incredibly friendly and fluent in English. The hotel was extremely clean and had great facilities such as a bar and restaurant on the ground floor and underground secure parking. The location was perfect for us as it was only 2 km away from the San Pellegrino Therme. We also appreciated the staff taking us into town and directly to the thermal baths.

The hotel is conveniently situated, with friendly and helpful staff. the room was cozy, spotless, and comfortable, with impressive facilities and secure parking. Service was on point, especially with the positive and welcoming attitude of the staff. Although the location is not close to the center of the city, it was peaceful and quiet, and the view from the terrace was enjoyable. the breakfast was lacking in cold cuts and cheese but they made up for it with amazing service.
The wifi can be problematic with certain devices.
